| We are a 20th Century Church of Martyrs: The Ukrainian Catholic Church was persecuted by the communists. The Icon shows some of the people who lost their lives but not their faith in God. His Holiness, John Paul II on his visit to Ukraine canonized them as Saints of the Catholic Church. |
